Exchange25 is a start-up venture that aims to enable the trading of equities, commodities and fixed income products across Africa on a single alternative electronic exchange platform so as to achieve best execution for the funds managed.
The technology we use is to be provided by the leading alternative exchange and marketplace provider in the United States as well as several other technology service providers across the globe.
Participants will be able to access a universe of equities, commodities and fixed income products via a proprietary desktop application and through the phone.
Exchange25’s goal is to increase liquidity, offer low and competitive fees and provide a better trading experience on the African frontier market.
Institutional investors will be able to reduce transaction costs and most especially limit the impact on prices of the fragile emerging African markets from the execution of very large orders over the traditional exchanges.
